The following Limits of Responsibility apply to your participation in Saarburg Festival 2025. This document to be approved and signed online. You may print a COPY for your records.

Here is an example of required electronic signature for the applicants under the age of 18:

The Saarburg International Music Festival & School reserves the right to request references from applicants and to decline, to accept or to retain any person as a member of the program at any time. The right is also reserved to make substitutions or changes in the faculty/staff, to alter, cancel or withdraw any portion of the program when deemed necessary for the proper operation of the Saarburg Festival & School. In the event of any of the foregoing, refund will not be made for any accommodations or services omitted. Saarburgn International Music Festival & School exercises all possible care in the preparation and operation of this program, but acts only as an agent for airlines or contractors providing transportation, accommodations, or other services. All coupons, vouchers, tickets or receipts issued are subject to the tariffs, terms, and conditions under which such transportation, accommodations or other services are provided by the airlines or contractors. Neither Saarburg Festival nor any affiliated or subsidiary companies shall be or become liable or responsible to any purchaser or passenger for any loss, injury or damage to persons, property, for accommodations, transportation, or other services, resulting directly, or indirectly, from Acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or undeclared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine or customs regulations, delays or cancellations of, or any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, inability of obtaining or declining of visa application, or other documents.(required)
