Suzanne Reeber (Azar) was born in Canada,  where she studied French Litterature and Piano (with Jean-Paul Sévilla) at the University of Ottawa. She pursued her piano studies in France and Austria. In Frankfurt am Main,  where she has been working as a vocal coach since 1984, she specialized in Song accompaniment under the guidance of Hartmut Höll and Charles Spencer.

Mrs. Reeber won many prizes at the Canadian Music Competitions and obtained scholarships from the Canada Arts Council and A.I.M.S. (American Institute of Musical Studies, Graz, Austria).

Her concert life has taken her from Ottawa and Toronto to several german cities, Austria, France and Switzerland.In the past few years she accompanied several master classes led by Kurt Moll, Helen Donath, Martin Kränzle, Dunja Vejzovic and Brigitte Fassbaender.
